All registrations are reviewed and verified against our internal nominations list prior to final processing. This verification step ensures that only individuals who have been independently nominated or selected are eligible for inclusion. If a registration is submitted under a name that does not appear on the nominations list, any payment made will be promptly refunded in full to the original method of payment. No partial charges are retained. All paid memberships are fully refundable at the member’s request, at any time prior to physical plaque shipment. We maintain a full refund policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. Membership Levels are Free, which include only the listing and no badge or other member benefits, Basic, Signature, and Prestige Levels.  Free Memberships can be accepted by emailing us at [email protected] and providing us Division and State of Acceptance, name, address, phone number and url so we may add you to the State listing.  Paid Members will receive their digital badge(s) upon payment which constitutes immediate partial fulfillment of services. Custom plaques are produced after verification and are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks from the date of order. By submitting registration and payment, registrants acknowledge the verification process, fulfillment timelines, and refund policy as outlined above. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:  Our goal is to have our website(s) updated within 10-14 business days with your information. Plaques delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks. Please note that a nominee may accept online list inclusion without paying the Registration Fee by emailing us a request to [email protected]. However, in this case, the nominee will be listed on the site only and not receive the other Membership Benefits (plaque, badge, etc.). We ask that each member strive to continually improve in their craft, strive to achieve excellence in their practice and day to day interaction with their patients to ensure the highest degree of Patient Satisfaction, work to resolve any issues that may arise with clients and seek an amicable solution, and to maintain good standing in their State.
